These days, after filling up your gas tank and grabbing the week’s groceries, there is little money left to indulge in home remodeling or decor. However, incorporating elements of biophilic design do not have to bust the piggy bank and will help enhance your well home design for yourself and your older loved ones.

Pink noise simulates nature sounds and has been shown to be better for those with insomnia or hearing issues such as tinnitus. There are several free apps and YouTube videos offering pink noise. My favorite is Pink Noises for iOs.
Sherwin Williams has paints with bacteria and odor resistance as part of their Living Well and Senior Living Collections. Quart size paint costs $24. However, you can order peel and stick samples from Samplizer to see if you like the color before buying which cost $6 per 11×17 sheet.
