Season 6, Episode 67 – Show Notes and Resource Links

Welcome to our April episode where we are highlighting two things happening in April: National Month of Hope and National Stress Awareness Month.

Our guest for this episode could not be more perfect – Keith Saggers is the creator of NeuroFire, a neurobehavioral performance system for individuals and groups, and author of the upcoming book, “The Law of Hope.”

We discuss the neuroscience of stress and how we function under the pressures and stressors that continue to hit the nervous system. Sherri and Keith also discuss how hope isn’t a feeling; it’s a trainable biological driver and how to go from the emotional aspect of hope to physical action. There is also a concept from Keith’s book on neuroscience vs. niceness that Sherri was fascinated to explore. These insights are focused on family caregivers dealing with stress and living with hope but anyone will benefit from the insights Keith delivers.
