Spring officially starts March 21 and that means longer daylight hours to enjoy nature either by bringing it inside or viewing upon it from indoors. This love of nature and biophilic design is part of Sherri’s interview with Dr. Esther Sternberg, author of Healing Spaces. Dr. Sternberg, who is Research Director at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and a professor of medicine and psychology at the University of Arizona at Tucson, talks about how our environments can help our health and wellness and shares her own insights on being a caregiver for her mother.
