“National Wellness Month, National Friendship Day, National Relaxation Day, AND – My new book – ME TIME MONDAY – is here AUG 22!”

Sherri Snelling, corporate gerontologist and “Caregiving Club On Air” podcast host, has a different kind of episode for August: While we are celebrating August National Wellness Month and August 6th National Friendship and Aug 15th National Relaxation Day, Sherri is also commemorating August 9th National Booklovers Day with the launch of her new book this month, ME TIME MONDAY – The Weekly Wellness Plan to Find Balance and Joy for a Busy Life

Sherri takes this episode to answer the Top 7 questions from followers of her GoodReads page about her new book. She weaves in the social wellness of friendships and relaxation while sharing her inspiration while writing the book. Questions included:

Q: What is your new book, ME TIME MONDAY, all about?

Q: What inspired you to write your new book, ME TIME MONDAY?

Q: You say you write your books for family caregivers but ME TIME MONDAY seems like a book that could benefit any adult?

Q: You say ME TIME MONDAY will help readers “Marie Kondo” their lives – can you explain?

The episode wraps up with a “Happy Birthday to Rosalynn Carter.” The former first lady was a pioneer in caregiving and we join with the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers in sending her 96th birthday wishes on August 18. And at the end of the podcast that you can view on YouTube, we have a special appearance from Penny for National Dog Day on August 26th.
