  • National Alliance for Caregiving report: Lessons From the Workplace: Caregiving During COVID-19 is a great resource for CHROs and HR benefit managers on what is needed to support employees who are also caregiving. The report quotes Sherri Snelling, as a member of its Career and Workplace Task Force:

“Employers feel like they are offering the right benefits. That they can check the right boxes and that’s enough. But caregivers are saying ‘not so fast’ . . . this doesn’t mean we should pull back from the caregiver conversation, it means we need to broaden the tent.”
