Wellness is driving innovation in retirement living

A new kind of 55+ community is wooing residents with wellness, nature and cultural connections – Marketwatch

Disney’s first Storyliving community called Cotino captures the mid-century culture of Rancho Mirage, California – opening in 2023. The Palm Springs area where was Walt Disney had a vacation home and he called it his “laughing place.”

Aegis Gardens integrates Asian cultural design, cuisine and activities into this community. Each community is designed to embrace the cultural heritage of the area and residents.
