For more than 18 years I have worked on caregiving benefits, services and education delivered in the workplace. I also frequently write about workplace issues addressing employees who are caregiving. Here is a sampling of those articles – it is amazing to see that while the number of caregivers in the workplace has grown, the benefits and supports have not changed as dramatically. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution, each company has to tailor its offerings to its unique workplace. Here is hoping that in the years to come we can call all companies “caring companies.”
